JD:
In a nutshell
As an analyst, you will have to develop an in-depth understanding of user journeys on our Platform and generate data-driven insights recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.
Professional Qualifications
Minimum of 3-4 years of Research/Business analyst
Minimum of 5+ years for Lead - Analytics with team handling experience
Ability to frame a research plan, gather insights from secondary & primary research
Design appropriate solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients needs and their business
Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
Being responsible for conducting and working on the A/B testing and manual testing of the features launched in the product.
Exp in GA, Google tag Manager, GA certified
Understanding of Javascript, proficient with debugging tools, understanding of digital marketing, ability to connect GA & A/B testing tools.
Regular audit of GA & its requirements.
Knowledge of SQL/Python / big data analytics. Working knowledge of Tableau will be an advantage.
Pulling data from various sources
Identifying the effort vs Impact metrics for the features in the product.
In addition, you have
Experience in the education/ learning/ knowledge space
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercising a balance between research rigor, organizational skills, and inspiration
High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity; Openness to critique from other disciplines and curiosity to learn from a spectrum of perspectives
A desire to keep digging into insights, going beyond the obvious to identify what is truly unique or different about what youre seeing in the world

Roles and Responsibilities
Organise and leverage the Director's time effectively, diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritising emails
Work closely with the Director and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the Director
Assume responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing projects/assignments (e.g., calls and meetings entailing coordination of schedules of senior leadership participants). You will also be responsible for planning meetings, conference calls, conferences/events and lunches/dinners.
Act as liaison for assigned individuals to ensure that various departments provide requested support in an efficient, timely manner.
Coordinate for departmental reports and documentation for the meetings.
Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Director’s meetings and any other relevant meetings
Maintain confidentiality at all times and maintain respect and confidence of stakeholders
Use extreme discretion and professionalism in all interactions and represent the office of the Director in good faith
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelors /Master’s Degree.
8+ years' experience, preferably in a multinational organization with exposure to multiple cultures.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal secretary to Senior Management or C suite manager.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) ; strong email and calendaring skills.
Ability to learn quickly, be curious and willing to get things done.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
