Execute Forecasting & Demand Planning exercise for Retail business team
Coordinate Replenishment of stocks from WH to Store & across stores
Set up & Monitor weekly dashboards to track Inventory metrics
Set up data analysis reports to identify gaps and areas of improvements in Buying &
Replenishment models
Coordinate with Brand Management team and external vendors to ensure reporting
& monitoring of Inventory norms
Identify improvement opportunities in Key supply chain metrics like DOH,
Opportunity Loss, Logistic cost etc..
Job Requirement;
Basic Supply Chain Knowledge on Forecasting, Demand Planning, Vendor
Management, & Inventory Management
B. Tech Required, MBA (Optional)
Experience with Analytics tools – R, VBA, SQL (Requried), PowerBI (Optional)

Role Objective
To implement and manage a Data Quality capability/service with associated process, standard, principles and tools to make great quality and well understood data available to the Finance Division and data consumers.
Professional Know-how
Academic:
Graduation (in Commerce)
Experience:
SAP ERP knowledge (SAP modules FI, SD, MM etc.)
Detailed previous experience of SAP Information Steward (preferred) and Master Data Governance, Informatica, IBM Infosphere or other MDM software
Experience of
S/4HANA preferable.
Excellent knowledge and use of data quality toolsets, methodologies and process
Previous implementation of enterprise Data Quality toolsets and processes
The ability to influence stakeholders through great communication and relationship development skills - Get them to own data quality issues and support resolution
The ability to bring a group of people together, facilitate workshops, identify and drive through clear ownership and action
Pro-active, self-starter attitude
Fluent English both spoken and written

Primary Responsibilities
The Finance MDG Quality manager will have the overall responsibility to implement and manage a Data Quality capability/service with associated process, standard, principles and tools to make great quality and well understood data available to the Finance Division and data consumers.
Key Result Areas
Build and maintain data quality dashboards using SAP Information Steward and/or Microsoft Power BI
Responsible for, reporting current data quality position and issues to the relevant stakeholders
Responsible for, and establishing, the required processes, audit schedule and reporting to be followed in improving, maintaining and monitoring data quality
Support the development of Finance Master Data quality standards for Corporate and External master data
Be able to design and deliver metrics/KPIs to identify and report improvements in quality
Assess data quality as part of data migration activities
Triage data quality issues, understand impact and importance and help Finance MDG Lead and Data Managers to prioritise resource and workload to address longer term improvements
Ensure data quality issues are addressed at source and work with relevant Data Managers and Analyst to drive through necessary actions e.g. embed pro-active data quality profiling in key source areas
Assess data maturity and implement the right ways of working to enable best practice data quality management
Identify appropriate artefacts to be created and managed by the data analysts
Identify and implement the appropriate toolsets and applications to meet the team's needs
Have experience of Data modelling, data profiling and data discovery to add new capability to the quality process
