OFFERED CTC -  Negotiable pa approx fixed + variables; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Manager – Digital Sales & Alliances

Reporting to: Head – Digital Sales

Department: Digital Business

Experience: 3-4 Years



Principal Accountabilities:-
Digital Sales partnership:
o Assesses the market and identifies new digital platforms through which Organisation’s product portfolio can be introduced to the market which includes Payment banks, registered investment advisors, wallet driven channels, online MF distribution websites and mobile apps.
o Initiates dialogues on partnerships and deliverables with potential channel partners and leads their acquisition to increase the distribution reach of company products
o To cater end to end business requirements of payment banks and small finance banks

Business Development:-
o To provide customized product pricing to all new and existing distributors and look for increased market share
o To run product-specific campaigns across small finance banks and position our product into their offering
o To communicate with products and research teams of all distributors and identify target products
o To identify new partners and provide end to end support in setting up a digital business platform

Operational excellence:-
o To liaise with operations and tech team and aid new distributors in setting up transaction platform
o To resolve all the ongoing and existing issues with regards to transactions flow, brokerages or process flow
o To liaise with operations, compliance and technical teams to revamp existing processes.

Stakeholder management:-
o To communicate with the sales team and provide all tech support with regards to the Organisation's digital assets
o To understand business requirements and propose solutions from a digital assets building perspective

Others:
• To provide customized technical solutions to new distributors
• Understanding the ad hoc requirements of new distributors, liaising with tech and operations team to find the optimal solution for their requirements
• Having a great deal of understanding of Payment gateways functioning, operational processes, technical requirements, and product knowledge

• Expertize in agile methodology would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of DOT Net programming languages
• Should have hands on experience on Blue Prism development or any other RAP tools
• Hand on experience of SAP, Desktop and Web application Automation
• Excellent level of hands-on knowledge in the field of Microsoft office tools specifically – Excel, Macro, Access, and other general office applications
• Strong Logical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
