Job Details
• 2 Years Relevant Exp Plus in full life cycle Technical Recruitment in a fast –paced environment sourcing a broad range of technical roles
• Should be a Graduate in Technical Stream Should have good communication and convincing skills .
• Full cycle recruiting and close active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, internal database, social sites, etc.
• Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct research
• Ability to handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadline
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
• Strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and quickly change direction

Work Experience & Qualification:
1) 4 Years of experience in SAS Visual Analytics
2) Currently working as lead in an BI project
3) Good Experience in SAS VA projects (involved in the complete lifecycle viz., requirement gathering, data modeling / scripting, developing and testing
4) Knowledge of data transformation tools like SQL, SAS EG, SAS DI will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
1) Lead a team of 2 to 4 people
2) Own the deliverable and milestones of the project
3) Understand the business requirements/ questions to be answered
4) Work with client to align on KPIs and data sources to be used
5) Define visuals and key KPIs that enable speed to insight
6) Perform data extraction and data transformation processes to create the data set required for the
dashboard
7) Develop the dashboards and perform UAT
8) Implement feedback from business users and create final version of the solution

1) Will be project lead for analytics and visualization project involving SAS Visual Analytics for banking domain. The incumbent will be expected to lead a team of 2 to 4 people developing dashboards on SAS Visual Analytics to create BI solutions meeting the needs of clients.
