Role Definition
Manager Operations is one who is responsible for ensuring 100% back checks of audit data collected from field is completed within the stipulated time buy the QC team.
He is also the project manager for the audit project and is the primary client interface acting as a bridge between field operations and client
Responsibility Deliverables
Leading a team of young skilled and semi skilled individuals for delivering the process.
Ensuring process is delivered by optimum number of resources; so he has to drive productivity while keeping the quality of audits.
Interfacing with client and servicing the client on all process related issues.
Explore enhancement of the width of the project leading to greater revenue.
Tasks and Activities
Understanding the process brief and creating the SOP document for the process / project delivery.
Create Survey questionnaire appropriate for the project.
Learn the modus operandi of the RS automation system, upload survey questionnaire.
Creating training material for briefing field team members.
Determining the key metrics of Quality control and creating training manual accordingly.
Allocating daily work to the backend QC team and ensuring completion of daily , weekly and monthly targets.
Managing and motivating the team so that productivity norms are adhered to.
Liaison with the client to close all field related issues like getting address for outlets where address is not available or coordinating a joint visit with field team.
Liaison with client to set up validation processes such that the process runs error free.
Create reports, process documents needed internally or by the client for monitoring the process/ track results of the process.
Regularly talk and coordinate with the client to explore more areas of work opportunity.
Create team leaders to manage smaller teams efficiently.
Measurement Metrics
No. of projects he can handle at the same time with quality delivery.
No. of team leaders and teams operating under him.
No . of reports he can generate for the client and internally for better monitoring.
