Team Leader For Outbound and Inbound process
Job Title : Team leader
Location : Thane and Navi mumbai
Experience : 3-6 years
Type of position: Full Time
This Team Leader will be on pay roll.
They need to manage outbound/ Inbound team hence required candidate from outbound sales background.
Should have knowledge of Dialer. Basically from same channel.
Minimum 3 years experience in Team leading. But overall experience should be minimum 7 years.
Job Responsibilities :
The role holder will primarily manage the sales(outbound)/ customer service (inbound) team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned channel.
Job Profile:
. Manage a team of 20-30 TSOs with an avg. business potential Along with Training them.
. Responsible for recruitment/training of TSOs
. Responsible for effective manpower/workstation mgt
. Responsible for process and quality compliance
. Closely work with ops for seamless booking
. Education Requirements: B.com (3 years Full Time )
. Age Criteria: up to 35 Years
