• To increase footfall and database of the brand
• Analyze when ads and promotions should be running 
• Create an annual plan with budgets for ad spends 
• Target and increase traffic on our home website as well as sales on other portals and using this – analyze and implement strategic changes 
• Decide when new content needs to be created for social media 
• Overlook website as well as social media look and feel 
• Negotiate ad packages with online portals

Skills/competencies required:

• You should be a passionate marketer who has the drive to carry off projects independently. 
• Good communication skills (both written & spoken) 
• Prior experience in FB advertising, google adwords and other PPC campaigns would be highly beneficial 
• A good planner. Someone who can plan campaigns & see them through with seamless coordination 
• Understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.)
