1.Execution of VM as per brand guidelines ensuring that concepts are correctly implemented and displayed with an international quality finish
2.Preparing VM budgets and its allocation
3.Ensure VM activities are executed and implemented in the store
4.Ensure that merchandise display is as per brand guidelines and use creativity in enhancing the visual appeal of the merchandise
5.Ability to adapt given creatives for various brand building options
6.Identify brand building areas in the store
7.Implementing windows for the store as per brand guidelines
8.Need to provide training to the store team on display standards and brand guidelines
9.Preparation of VM reports
10.Open to travel for new store openings & regular visits at different store locations
11.Coordinate marketing activities and manage the marketing budget

Location : Mumbai Andheri
Purpose of Position
This position will support sales operations by monitoring, analysing, transforming and managing key data within the organization.
Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
Transforms data through the usage of automated tools (suck as scripting language and SQL-like systems), in order to adapt data sets to required formats and standards
Defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Ensures functional data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.
Manages, analyses, and resolves data initiative issues to meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies. Efficient Animation with respective sales community through collaboration tool.This role will work closely with :
oGLS management
oCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Applications Solution Owners.
General Expectations:
Defines, designs, and builds dimensional databases to meet business needs.
Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
Develops and implements strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met.
Provides data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to internal customers to improve database systems.
Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to the data quality, along with the related documentation
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manipulation of data in a programmatic way (through scripting and SQL-like languages)
Understand the data structure and links that support operational processes
Ensure proper usage of the referential data at Corporate level
Data cleansing and consistency through the business process
Propose and creates dashboards and reports tailored to different audiences (executives, managers, etc.)
Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) - General
Adherence to & take ownership of projects with in the SSC, publishing overall performance or process KPIs as per the reporting calendar.
Timely Publication of accurate Reports and Analysis with accuracy and timeliness.
Setting-up standard operating procedures, targets and planning for the process.
Spearheading process improvement initiatives.
Regular touch-base with the HO team for any update or status check on the processes.
