We have an excellent opportunity for the position of " Merchandiser " with one of our prestigious client for Paris Group for the location Dubai.

Position Title: Merchandiser Planner and Sourcer

Location: Dubai

b Description:
Retail Merchandiser will be responsible of respective products from its arrival till the stock shows 0 balance.
Strategic planning to improve the sales turnover.
Providing precise advice & data to concerned in Sales team and advice right action at correct time.
Will play key rule for respective products distribution to various locations as per requirements.
To give correct inputs to sourcing team to make proper budget / OTB considering all aspects including costs factors.
To analyze the needs of market as per fashion forecast
Product & Brand wise responsibility :-
Mobilize the data of product movement; Demand; Stock; Ageing
Identify peak trading factors by Brand/Product
Leverage customer and market understanding to recommend the optimum product range, positioning and selling points, merchandising and packaging solutions, store assortment as well as pricing strategies for each category.
Style/Fabric /color/size wise responsibility:-
Analysis the demand; stock ; ageing and Price.
Analyze competitor prices.
Monitor/advise stock & space management relative to brand & product range objectives.
Stock wise responsibility:-
Movement of product; stock in shops ; stock in transit ; stock in warehouse ; both UAE & amp; overseas.
Monitor the stock transfers across locations based on requirement and sales trends / inputs.
Forecast sales plans & revise requirements during in-season trading, drafting merchandise plans down to the level of Store by month by department, detailing sales, markdown, intake & stock.
Shop / Mall / Location-wise responsibility :-
precise info with supporting documents for fast moving & slow moving.
Product life-cycle management responsibility:
if inventory level of regular style product like white formal shirt is lower than the Minimum Required Level to alarm and raise Red flag well in advance.
Work with sourcing /Supply Chain to ensure integration of planning, forecasting, forward buying and inventory management of product lines.
General responsibility:
Proper planning & amp; close monitoring to execute above directions of management
Monitoring performance of other members of teams.
Candidates must have an excellent service and communication skills; must have a good knowledge in Fabric composition and must have a prior minimum of 3 year experience in selling Fashion Branded shops (clothing/ Apparel/ menswear); preferably worked in malls; should be tall and handsome; must be sharp, neat, no beard and no pimples.
