Experience/Skill sets:
a. Supply chain planning role with relevant prior experience (3-5years) in Planning and
replenishment, Demand and supply planning, order management competencies.
b. Should have hands on experience on generating Base-line demand forecasting, analyzing
demand influencing factors and calculate uplift including promotional activities, seasonality,
supply chain inputs and business long term plan and convert into supply plan
c. Develop and execute Inventory plans to support Site and DC Fill by replenishment strategies
from Vendor to DC and DC to Stores.
d. Ensure the correct balance of inventory in the DC and Stores according to seasonal and
festivity assortment matrix.
e. Worked with suppliers directly and implemented collaborative replenishment approach to
optimize replenishment and distribution
a. Vendor collaboration in ensuring timely and quality supplies at stores
b. Coordinating with vendors, stores and category buyers - resolving any
grievances/open areas
f. Inventory planning, Monthly plan for OTB (Open to buy) norms at category level to suffice
service levels, reduction in non performing inventory
g. Own brands replenishment : Setting up S&OP process for own brands replenishment,
rolling forecast including promotion planning in collaboration with category and stores
h. Able to manage multiple assignments effectively, streamlining existing operations,
envision new concepts
Qualitative Skills :
- Stakeholder management (identifying needs and their execution)
- Managed small teams and good people and vendor relationships.
- Shall have handled replenishment of FMCG and food assortment
- Good hands on excel skills
- Strong ownership and execution focus
KPI’s/Metrics :
- Stock availability % , Stock days, Stock health, DC Capacity utilization, GRN SLAs, Inventory Turns
- Vendor relationship, Vendor performance – OTIFs
- Ordering and delivery planning schedules.

Major Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have at least 4-7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management function from sectors like FMCG, Retail, Ecommerce, Logistics companies

Supply Chain Function

•To ensure that the Logistics function is aligned with the business strategy on distribution approach and should support the overall goals of the organization
•Handle all imports, customs clearance; maintain all statutory records including any filing of returns and remittances.
•Cost controls and effective negotiations with Vendors.
•Adherence to SOP, Process framing, TAT on Supply chain.
•Ensure strict compliance and Statuary requirements.
Inventory Management
•Ensure optimum level of stock at all warehouses of company.
•Maintain ageing of stocks and review non-moving inventory on periodic basis and flag it to senior teams
•Effective stock management and stock transfers between warehouses
•Co-ordination with Vendor, Importers, Custom agents for smooth operations
MIS
•Preparing Daily Logistics report, Stock inward/outward, Freight costs by destination, CFA costs, Import costs sheets, Export cost sheets, etc.
•Daily servicing report by location and delivery timelines
•Preparation of logistics budget, recording actuals and variance analysis to identify deviation between actual and estimated expenses.
•Ensure all compliances like Insurances, Stock transfer forms and monthly statutory reports.
