HR Attrition and Manning Report
•Efficient Data analysis and transaction
•Share insights on Attrition and Manning
•Ensuring Report delivery to stake holders
•Project management of the Stakeholders on Reporting
•Sharing Analytics and Reporting on Entire Hr Matrix for Management Review Meetings

Appraisal Process and High Performers Insights
•Send Insights and Analytics to PAN India HR
•Publish Trackers on Top Performers on a weekly basis
•Managing Queries on PIP/ Goal Setting & Reporting
•Data tracking and trending on Performance

Managing MIS providing analysis to stakeholders
•Create formats to capture essential information & download the same to Employee, Line and Regional HR
•Collect and analyze various data sheets like Qualifier List, Achievement list on Performance Management
•Update the data thru Dashboard to Manager HR, Senior Manager HR, VP HR (Weekly)

Performance Management Process for Non Sales
•To ensure Goal setting is done for all employees and goals are in line with Organization
•Develop content on SMART Goals on KRA/ KPI & Targets
•Ensure Timely completion of Mid Year and Year End completion
•Ensure query management of Process of Year End
•Rating communication and Letter updation of non performance in PIP Process

Candidate Requirement :
•4 to 5 Years experience in MIS
•Excel Macro / VBA skill would be advised.
•Excellent analytical skills and Presentation Skills
