1.Premedia packaging activities to assist Indian and international brand owners in converting packaging and graphics design files to printable format (Artworks & Repro Graphics)
2.Creating packaging prototypes for research, feasibility (Mock-ups), and
3.Coordinating with packaging converters to ensure colour reproduction and cost management (Print Management);

Vavinel, the parent company of the Diadeis Group is a major European Print Management Agency acquired Alia in April 2014 and is now the majority shareholder of Alia. Diadeis is a major agency in the graphic services area and provides a full range of services, from strategic creation to prepress to print management.As an one-time affiliate of the Berger-Levrault group, the agencys history goes all the way back to 1676. It became independent in 2003.
With the acquisition of the Graphotec prepress platform and the Noelink creation studio in 2009, Diadeis became one of the leading advertising production companies in Europe. With the take-over of PRfrence in 2012, Diadeis expands its range of services to include graphic design and volume. Diadeiss activities now represent 30,000 packaging projects, 900 marketing operations and 350,000 pages produced per year.
We are looking out for PROJECT MANAGERS / PROJECT COORDINATORS who can manage a project and coordinate the same with the team.
The candidate will be required to work in shifts (two shifts as of now 7.30am to 3.30pm & 3.30pm and 11.30pm)

About the Role
Your role as Business Development Manager for a cluster would be to profitably grow Client in all lines of business (full truck, Express – part truck load, cold chain, marketplace and new business lines as they get added). You will execute on exciting Go-To-Market strategies to acquire new customers across corporates, SMEs, channel and retail. What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop skills in pricing, product GTM along with collections. This role would report directly to the Cluster Business Manager (CBM).
What will you be doing
· To meet the SME prospects in a defined geography and present the RSPL value proposition, onboard them and generate sustained revenue growth from them
· To identify, create and develop the partner network and responsible for
driving the topline of the partner in the defined geography
· To have the capability and capacity of combing the market and can do 6-8 meetings per day.
· Ensure creation of monthly travel plan which means on an average a BDM will be travelling/remain in the defined geography for 20-25 days in a month to meet the customers, partners and influencers.
· Motivate partners to participate in the Reward & Recognition, incentive framework
Ensure timely communication of all changes in the policies and processes are communicated to the partners
· Account Management of Key SME customers & Partners
· Prepare reports and share it with the seniors and clearly stating what is working and what is not
Who are we looking for
· Must have experience between 2-6 years
· Must possess knowledge to evaluate and analyses a company’s financial data in-order to arrive at a conclusion or identify opportunities
· Must have the knowledge of B2B customer buying behavior
· Must have complete understanding of the market geography, they are operating in
· Should have good understanding of the organization’s policies and processes related to customer and partner
· Should have detailed product knowledge
· Should have knowledge of MS Office
· Target & Result orientation
· Good communication skills (Local, Hindi & English)
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
PGDM/MBA (Full Time/Part Time ) would be an added advantage
