• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Social Media programs
• Social Media Experience - Experience in Engaging with communities or building communities on Facebook, Instagram or Linkedin. Excellent and effective communication. Coordinate with the web agent to ensure that the website is updated, talk to content agency, Video guys, Graphics etc. Need to have an understanding of what business needs and get it done. Ensure that the UI / UX is okay, ensure links are working, testing to be done, URLs are functioning. The role is more of a generalist.
• Engage and build communities on Social Media - Responsible in handling the social media platform independently for the company
• Manage all Marketing communications
• Collaborate with agencies & Vendors

Business Planning & Strategy:
Formulating the business plan for the channel meeting the organizational objectives
Periodic review and course correction of sales plans to incorporate organizational / regulatory changes if any

Provide manpower planning of the region to the management as per the business plans and objectives
Business Delivery
